Who we are

M-Tech Labs AI is a trading name of M-Tech Systems Ltd, a company registered in England (no. 04843249) whose registered office is at Martello House, Edward Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN23 8AS. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean M-Tech Systems Ltd.

This website isn’t your contract with us

The site is here to explain what we do. It isn’t the agreement under which we deliver work. Any engagement we take on is governed by a separate written agreement — a Master Services Agreement, service schedule or statement of work — and where that agreement and these website terms differ, the signed agreement for your engagement takes precedence.

Using the site

You may use the site for your own information and to get in touch with us. You agree not to:

• use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or in breach of anyone’s rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, probe or test its security, or interfere with how it works;
• scrape, copy or systematically extract its content other than for normal browsing; or
• introduce malware, or use it in a way that could damage, overload or impair it.

Our content and brand

The content, design and branding on this site are owned by, or licensed to, M-Tech Systems Ltd and are protected by intellectual property law. M/OS, the M-Tech Operating System, and the related module and package names are proprietary marks of M-Tech Systems Ltd. You may view and share the content for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.

The Ai/ssessor tool

Our free AI readiness check, Ai/ssessor, produces an automated, indicative read of your AI posture. It’s there to start a conversation, not to replace professional advice. The score and report are general guidance based on what you tell it; we don’t warrant that they’re complete, accurate or right for your specific circumstances, and you shouldn’t rely on them as a substitute for proper legal, security, financial or other professional advice.

No reliance on general information

The information on the site is general and provided in good faith. It isn’t advice, and you shouldn’t act on it without taking advice suited to your own situation. Anything we’d advise specifically for you forms part of an engagement, not the website.

Links to other sites

Where we link to third-party websites, we do so for convenience. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can’t be limited or excluded under law. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on its content. Liability for the work we deliver is dealt with in the separate agreement for that engagement, not here.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change we’ll update the date at the top of the page, and the version in force is the one published here when you use the site.
